Sometimes, when we’re not able to be at our best, we can unintentionally be part of creating a system that does more harm than good. A system that rewards loyalty at the cost of wellbeing. This is what’s known as a sick system

Sick systems are all around us. Our role as kind, compassionate people is to spot them and become resilient so that you can rise above these destructive ways of being, and help others to do the same.
