Supporting Busy-Brained People To Say and Do Less.

Kim Witten — Personal & Business Development Coach

After spending over four decades overthinking absolutely everything, I know exactly how persistent thoughts can steal your time, energy, and motivation.

Through years of deliberate practice, I’ve been able to turn rumination into a thinking strength. I have over 20 years of design experience, a PhD in Linguistics, and recognition from the ICF as an Associate Certified Coach.

And although I have a deep understanding of what makes people tick, I’m still learning every single day. People are full of surprises.

I’m challenged and energised by all the resourceful ways they move themselves toward their goals. And what I might do to support them in that.

That's why my mission today is to help word nerds turn their overthinking into expert thinking.

From authors to zine-makers and everything in between, I’ve supported people from all over the globe to say and do less, so that they can write, create, and play more.

Here’s what they have to say…

Core Values

  • Approach everything with curiosity

  • Cultivate awareness in myself and others

  • Grow and learn from every experience

  • Stand up for what’s fair and just

  • Be flexible and generous with my time and resources

Key Strengths

  • Listening and Empathy

  • Strategic and Emotional Awareness

  • Curiosity, Innovation and Growth

  • Creativity and Problem Solving

  • Detail, Organisation and Optimisation

I’ve also successfully changed careers several times, gaining experience in corporate, agency, and academic environments.

This has allowed me to make meaningful connections and learn from many talented, inspiring people with all kinds of interests and backgrounds. And I’m keen for more.
