Helping Overthinkers Find a Simple Way Forward.

Kim Witten, PhD • Personal & Business Development Coach

Nothing breaks my heart more than seeing a purpose-driven person overthink themselves to inaction.

And I should know. I’ve spent nearly five decades overthinking absolutely everything.

Through years of deliberate practice, I’ve been able to turn rumination into a thinking strength. I have over 20 years of design experience, a PhD in Linguistics, and recognition from the ICF as an Professional Certified Coach.

And one thing I’ve learned is this:

We can’t fund a positive future by keeping our skills to ourselves.

That’s why I offer personal and business development for purpose-driven leaders who need to move from spiralling anxiety to forward thinking.

Because now more than ever, we need to be future-focused. Ruminating on the past leads us down a slippery slope and worrying about the future keeps us stuck. So what do we do with all this overthinking?

We turn it into forward thinking.

We go ahead with a big idea, a clear strategy, and the confidence to see it through.

And to ensure we’re bringing everyone with us, too. Because we’re all in this together and there’s no point (or fun!) in going alone.

Want to move your career, goals, and thinking forward?

Although I have a deep understanding of what makes people tick, I’m learning every single day. I’m challenged and energised by all the resourceful ways people move themselves toward their goals. And what I might do to support them in that.

That's why my mission is to help purpose-driven people turn their overthinking into forward thinking.

From career-changers to change-makers, I’ve supported people from all over the globe to navigate clear and simple paths through all kinds of complexity.
